VezaHealth partners with elite physicians from around the country to assist in delivering educational information to patients who lack access to quality care. VezaHealth is different from other Remote Second Opinion programs because we are able to hand pick our partnered physicians; we are not limited by a single institution. This is how we are able to work with amazing physicians from facilities like Johns Hopkins, NYU Langone School of Medicine, and Denver Children’s Hospital.
Our Chief Medical Advisory is Dr. Marty Makary, a surgical oncologist from Johns Hopkins. Dr. Makary is a frequent cable news contributor, a New York Times bestselling author, and a profession of Public Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He is an advocate for disruptive innovation in medicine and physician-led initiatives. He, along with our other physician partners, help VezaHealth deliver innovate, life-changing care to patients lost in our current health care system.
Our dedicated nursing staff collects all medical records and images and prepare comprehensive holistic summaries for the physician’s review.
We are not an app and do not employ non-clinicians to work at VezaHealth. We rely on relationship-based medicine to empower our patients as they navigate confusing and challenging diagnoses. With the help of partnered physicians, we deliver the best information to allow the patient to make informed decisions about health care.
